The DG-193 is our “semi-hollow” Set Neck
model. It’s actually fully-hollow on the top and
bottom with a center block through the middle of the
body. This body configuration allows great note attack
and definition with plenty of snap. The body is acoustically
tuned with enough mass in the right places for a full,
rich and harmonically complex tone and more than enough
punch and drive to push your amp without feedback. It
has a complex harmonic tonal color with enough attack
to rock! Possibly our most versatile Set Neck, it is
comfortable playing a dinner jazz gig, a smoky blues
joint gig or that loud rock gig. The DG-193 comes standard
with two F-holes, which add more acoustic volume and
a slightly softer and softens the attack a bit. All
the options from the other Set Necks are available in
this ultimate semi-hollow instrument.
